How to connect Amazon Seller

Connect your Amazon Seller account to see order and product data in Datadrew.

Overview

Connecting your Amazon Seller account to Datadrew lets you bring your Amazon marketplace data into the platform alongside your Shopify and advertising data. This integration provides visibility into your Amazon orders, financials, and marketplace performance.

Note: The Amazon Seller integration is currently in early access. It may not be visible on your Integrations page yet. If you are interested in connecting your Amazon Seller account, please contact us at support@datadrew.io to request access.

Prerequisites

  • An active Amazon Seller Central account

  • Administrative access to your Seller Central account

  • Datadrew installed on your Shopify store

Step-by-step connection

  1. Open the Integrations page. In Datadrew, click Integrations in the sidebar.

  2. Find the Amazon Seller card. Look for the Amazon Seller integration card and click "Connect".

  3. Sign in to Amazon Seller Central. You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central's consent page. Log in with your Amazon Seller credentials if prompted.

  4. Authorize the application. Amazon will ask you to approve Datadrew's access to your seller data. Review the permissions and click "Confirm".

  5. Select your marketplace. After authorization, you will be redirected back to Datadrew. A dialog will display the Amazon marketplaces you participate in. Select the marketplace(s) you want to connect.

  6. Confirm the connection. Click "Connect" to finalize. The Amazon Seller card will update to show a "Connected" status.

  7. Wait for the initial sync. Your Amazon Seller data will begin syncing. The first sync may take a few hours depending on your order volume.

What data syncs

Datadrew syncs the following data from your Amazon Seller account:

  • Orders — order details, statuses, and fulfillment information

  • Order items — individual line items within each order

  • Seller feedback — customer feedback and ratings

  • Financial events — transaction-level financial data

  • Financial event groups — grouped financial summaries

Supported marketplaces

Datadrew currently supports Amazon North America marketplaces. This includes:

  • Amazon.com (United States)

  • Amazon.ca (Canada)

  • Amazon.com.mx (Mexico)

Support for EU and FE (Far East) marketplaces is planned for future releases.

Troubleshooting tips

  • "Authorization failed" — Make sure you are signing in with the Amazon account that has administrative access to your Seller Central account.

  • "No marketplaces found" — Verify that your Amazon Seller account is active and has at least one marketplace participation.

  • Data not appearing — The initial sync may take several hours. If data has not appeared after 12 hours, contact support.
