Overview
Datadrew supports connecting multiple ad accounts from the same platform. This is useful if you manage several Facebook Ads accounts or Google Ads accounts for the same brand, different product lines, or different regions.
When you might need multiple accounts
You run separate Facebook Ads accounts for different product categories or geographies
You have multiple Google Ads accounts under a manager (MCC) account
An agency manages some campaigns in a separate ad account
You are transitioning from one ad account to another and want data from both
How to connect additional accounts
Facebook Ads
Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
On the Facebook Ads card, click "Add Account" or "Connect" if you are adding your first account.
You can select multiple ad accounts during the OAuth flow. Each selected account will be connected as a separate integration.
If you need to add accounts from a different Facebook user, complete the OAuth flow with that user's credentials.
Google Ads
Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
On the Google Ads card, click "Add Account" or "Connect".
During the setup flow, you will see all accessible accounts including sub-accounts under manager (MCC) accounts. Select the additional account you want to connect.
Each Google Ads account is connected as a separate integration with its own sync schedule.
Google Analytics 4
Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
On the Google Analytics card, click "Add Account" or "Connect".
Select the additional GA4 property you want to connect.
How blended metrics work with multiple accounts
When you have multiple ad accounts connected, Datadrew automatically blends the data:
Blended ad spend is the sum of spend across all connected Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts
Blended ROAS is calculated as total Shopify revenue divided by total blended ad spend
Campaign-level reports show campaigns from all connected accounts, labeled by platform
Product Performance combines product-level ad data from all connected accounts
Note: Be careful not to double-count by connecting accounts that serve the same campaigns. If one ad account is a sub-account of another, connecting both may result in duplicate data in blended metrics.
Managing connected accounts
You can view all connected accounts for each platform on the Integrations page. Each connected account shows:
Account name and ID
Connection status (Connected, Syncing, or Disconnected)
Last sync time
To disconnect an account, click on the account and select the disconnect option. This stops data syncing but does not delete historical data that has already been imported.
