After that, we deep dive into your store to find customer lifetime value and other key metrics like retention rate through cohort analysis. We can also discuss how you can scale up online revenues profitably by building/adjusting your acquisition strategy
Step 3: Choose a Date and Time
Here, you'll be presented with a calendar or scheduling tool. Choose a date and time that works best for you. We typically offer multiple time slots to accommodate different schedules.
Step 5: Provide Your Information
Fill out the required information to book the onboarding call. This usually includes your name & email address.
Step 6: Confirm Your Booking
Double-check the date and time you selected and ensure that your contact information is correct. Once you're satisfied, confirm your booking. You may receive a confirmation email with the details of your onboarding call.

Before the scheduled onboarding call, take some time to review any guides or resources provided in our help center. Think about any specific questions or challenges you'd like to address during the call to make the most of your onboarding experience.
Step 8: Attend the Onboarding Call
At the scheduled date and time, be ready for the onboarding call. Our team will be there to guide you through the app, answer your questions, and provide tips to help you get started effectively.
