Working with multiple stores
If you run more than one Shopify store, you can connect them all to Datadrew and move between them from a single login. Each store keeps its own dashboards, integrations, automations and billing.
There is no combined cross-store dashboard
Datadrew dashboards show one store at a time. There is currently no view that merges several stores into a single set of combined totals. If you need group-level numbers, export each store and combine them outside Datadrew, or ask Drew AI about one store at a time.
An earlier version of this article described a “Consolidated View” that merged same-currency stores automatically. That view is not available in the product. We have corrected this article rather than leave the wrong instructions in place.
Switching between your stores
Connect each store to Datadrew (see Connecting multiple Shopify stores).
Open the store selector in the top navigation bar.
Pick the store you want. Every dashboard, report and Drew AI answer then applies to that store until you switch again.
Asking about several stores at once
The one place you can work across stores in a single session is the Datadrew MCP connection (Essentials and Pro). Connect Datadrew to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant and you can ask about one store, then another, in the same conversation — each answer tells you which store it ran against. This is a convenience for agencies and multi-store owners; it still reads one store per question rather than producing merged totals.
Who can access which stores
You see the stores your account has been given access to. Workspace owners and admins manage that access — see Inviting team members to your workspace and Understanding user roles.
